Our Communication Model
We are constantly evolving our communication system as we develop an AI-forward app that will streamline messaging between clinic staff and rescue owners and pet guardians. We are working hard to automate as much of the communication and scheduling process as possible in an effort to minimize our overhead and transfer that savings to all of our clients.
We strive to keep both our technological and medical standards on the cutting edge in an effort to improve the experience of the animals, the clients, and the staff.
In order to get in touch and schedule an appointment with our doctors, please click on the “Request Consult” button at the top right hand corner of any page. We do operate as an appointment only hospital, we do not take walk-ins.
Once you have submitted a request for services, one of our staff will reach out over text message. This message comes from a human. During our business hours, this response time is typically within the hour, but may be delayed on weekends and outside of business hours. If your concern is urgent, you may need to seek care elsewhere, but if you feel that your pet can wait, please just give us a little time!
Speaking of, our business hours are 8 am - 6 pm on weekdays. The gate to our entrance closes automatically at 6 pm on weekdays, and you will need to have communication with our staff in order to get in for a late pick-up. We will coordinate this with you.
We are also in the process of developing our own, hospital-specific, app that will incorporate messaging, scheduling, and medical record access. We are frequently updating these processes and are hard at work to make it as simple and efficient as possible for both our clients and our staff.
